Churched Out :)

On Sunday, due to COVAID-19, Betty and I live-streamed four different worship services into our home from 8 am to 1 pm, plus two previously taped ones. The worship music and preaching was wonderful and it impacted our lives in numerous ways. However, by 1 pm we were pretty churched out. LOL

I think the spiritual principles that impacted us the most resulted in one question that a pastor asked:

What to do when there’s nothing we can do! (Northpoint)

The uncertainty of our lives reminds us that we’re not in control.  Don’t waste your time looking for a way out of our difficulty you’re in; look for Him in the midst of it. (Bob Goff).

“God will use what He chooses not to remove. God values and uses persevering faith” (Northpoint)

In dealing with trials and temptations the scriptures in James 1:2-4 (NIV) challenges us, “2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Notice verse 12,  Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.

My friend, in addition to the COVAID 19 whatever your battle or struggle might be, persevere in it, as you ask God for His wisdom and strength.
